Jovesólides is looking for people to collaborate as volunteers in customer service and support in the e-Spai TIC Network at its offices in La Coma (Paterna), Valencia and Elche during the year 2025. The Network offers free advisory services in foreigners and social accompaniment; assistance in electronic administration and digital accompaniment; training in ICT; and itineraries of social and labor insertion. The main objective of the volunteer action will be to offer the best attention to the requests, consultations and visits that these spaces receive throughout the day, at the same time that they will support the different training and organizational activities that are carried out. FUNCTIONS OF THE VOLUNTEER
- First attention. The selected volunteers will be in charge of providing first attention to the users of the service. This is intended to offer the best possible treatment to their possible doubts and concerns.
- Appointments. They will also be responsible for facilitating the corresponding appointments and providing coverage for the center's telephone assistance.
- E-administration procedures. Volunteers will support the technical team of the entity in information tasks, support in carrying out electronic procedures, as well as solving and helping with pending procedures.

DURATION OF THE VOLUNTEER ACTION
Volunteering time: between 4 and 8 hours per week depending on the availability of the volunteer.
VOLUNTEER POSITION REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for volunteers with:
- High commitment to our mission.
- Good treatment towards our neighbors.
- Eager to learn and develop their skills.
Prerequisite: average computer skills.
It will be valued: ability to manage simple procedures with the administration (for example, requesting appointments) and having done volunteer work related to the elderly. Interest in and knowledge of ICT would also be an asset.
CONDITIONS OF THE VOLUNTEER POSITION
The selected volunteers will receive specific training on volunteer action. They will sign a volunteer contract which will include the conditions of their volunteering, as stated in this offer, as well as their rights and duties. They will also have a volunteer insurance and all expenses incurred by their activity will be covered by the organization.
SELECTION PROCESS
If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the application form by April 13, 2025. Once we review your application, you will participate in a selection interview and receive more information about pre-volunteer training.
