Collective Coaching: La Ruta, a tool at the service of people

Jovesolides continues to develop the program of work itineraries, La Ruta, with which it favors the employability of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the province of Valencia. And coaching continues to be a protagonist in its development.

Last wednesday a collective coaching workshop took place. This day developed in the Espai La Coma had a very active participation of the attendees.

The main objective: to favor the personal and professional empowerment of the assistants. The session developed through innovative dynamics, allowed them to discover their capacities a little better. The ultimate goal is this type of activity is to develop the professional profile of each person, and thus promote their employability.

This program, which attended about a hundred people last year, is possible thanks to the funding of the Consellería de Igualtat i Polítiques Inclusivas and the European Social Fund.
