Boutaina El Hadri Joins the Board of Directors of the European Network Against Racism (ENAR)

Boutaina El Hadri, current manager of Jovesólides, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the European Network Against Racism (ENAR). This new role will enable Jovesólides to consolidate and expand its work in defending equality, human rights, and social justice at both local and European levels.

Founded in 1998, ENAR is a European organization dedicated to eradicating racism and all forms of racial discrimination. Based in Brussels, the network comprises more than 150 organizations across Europe that share the common goal of building a fairer, more equitable, and inclusive society.

El Hadri, who has led Jovesólides since 2011, has extensive experience in developing innovative projects at local, national, and European levels. Among her most notable initiatives is the creation of the School of Citizenship for Migrants in the Valencian Community, a pioneering program aimed at fostering active participation in political and democratic life and empowering migrants.

In addition to her role at Jovesólides, El Hadri serves as vice president of the Valencian Migration Council of the Generalitat Valenciana, a position that she holds as a result of a democratic election. From this platform, she promotes policies and actions advocating for the rights and inclusion of migrants in the Valencian Community. She is also an active participant in various international networks, such as the Spanish Network of the Anna Lindh Foundation and CESÁFRICA, among others.
