Jovesólides continues to develop the employment itinerary program, 'La Ruta', which promotes the employability of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the province of Valencia. All this through direct communication, personalized attention, and the use of social innovation methodologies.
Once again this year, the organization has promoted the learning of social and technical skills, as well as the empowerment of the participants. And as it has been doing since the beginning of the program, the organization develops 'La Ruta' paying special attention to each participant profile. Each case is studied and a personalized action plan is drawn up. And in addition to training in various areas, always through new technologies, the organization provides a coaching service, whose main objective is to develop the professional profile of each person.
With this program, the organization has served 396 people since 2016. This work has been possible thanks to funding from the Consellería de Igualtat i Polítiques Inclusives and the European Social Fund.
