The Jovesólides association announces a vacancy for the position of Technician for international cooperation projects to join immediately in the Jovesólides offices in Valencia and Paterna.
JOB FUNCTIONS
1. IDENTIFICATION, FORMULATION AND MANAGEMENT OF GRANTS
Search and management of public and private funding for the programs/projects, through national or international sources, especially from funds destined to international cooperation and/or education for development and global citizenship.
Search for new grant opportunities, agreements and alliances with existing and/or new institutions.
2. MONITORING AND IMPLEMENTATION, EVALUATION AND JUSTIFICATION OF PROJECTS
Coordination and supervision of the management process (including: formulation, technical and economic follow-up and justification of the program/project), control of the digital and physical archive, collection of verification sources and follow-up of indicators, preparation of periodic and final reports, coordination with administration for economic management, audits, invoicing and accounting reconciliation, coordination and follow-up of execution by partners, coordination of internal and external communication of ongoing projects in collaboration with the entity's communication department.
REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM TRAINING
- Minimum degree or bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Master's Degree in Development Cooperation or Master's Degree in Project Management.
- High level of English (certify with certificate).
- Specific training in EpD and Development Cooperation (logical framework approach essential).
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- At least three years of work experience as a project technician in social intervention/international cooperation and/or development education.
WILL BE VALUED:
- -Experience in the management of the following funds will be an asset: calls for international cooperation of the Generalitat Valenciana, City Councils and / or deputations.
- -Experience volunteering in social organizations
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Creativity, proactivity, teamwork, autonomy, optimism, technical and personal reliability and prudence. Organizational skills, time management and meeting deadlines, flexibility and adaptability to change.
Own vehicle essential.
CONDITIONS OF THE WORK PLACE:
- -Contract: Indefinite (6 months trial period)
- -Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and two afternoons a week from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- -Full working day: 39 hours per week.
- -Incorporation: end of May
- -Category: 1 according to the agreement of the third sector entities.
- -Salary: Salary to be agreed according to the experience and training provided by the candidate and according to the State Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention.
- -Place of work: Jovesólides headquarters in València and Paterna.
