Jovesolides participates in a European project to stimulate the social innovation in young people

The social enterprises have as main purpose to get a social impact before generating profits.  At present these companies represent 10% of the European economy and employ more than 11 million people, according to data to the European Commission. What if we increase responses to social needs through social innovation? What if we stimulate business education and social entrepreneurship in young europeans? This is the main end of the 'Strategic Partnership for Youth, Exchange of Practices', the new project in which Jovesolides participates.

In this long name lies a clear objective of all the participating entities, which is to develop solidarity and tolerance to foster mutual understanding between people of different backgrounds, and thus favor other common transnational projects.

In the project, led by the Italian organization Demostene participate a total of six European entities: Kairos Europe Limited, from Britain, Inter Alia, from Greece, Up2Europe, from France, Espero SRL, from Italy and Fundacja Autokreacja,  Polonia, and Jovesolides, from España.

One of the leaders of the Italian entity, Gianfranco Gatti says that the main objective of this project is "is to create a catalog of best practices to get young people to implement their ideas."

Started in July this year, 'Strategic Partnership for Youth, Exchange of Practices' will end in December 2018. Almost a year and a half in which european partners will work to: develop new methods on the subject of social entrepreneurship; provide information on how to develop, validate and implement projects as well as information on the opportunities of the Erasmus + Program.

On September 18, the first meeting of the participating entities took place, in Italy of all the partners. The main objective: to share experiences and methodologies of social innovation.

'Strategic Partnership for Youth, Exchange of Practices' is a project funded by the Erasmus Plus program of the European Union. If you want to follow the evolution and all the information of this project, you can do it also in social media through the hastag # SI4SI.
